Missouri proposal seeks to repeal puppy-mill law

Missouri state Sen. Bill Stouffer on Wednesday proposed legislation that would overturn Proposition B, a recently passed ballot measure designed to set restrictions on commercial dog breeders in Missouri. The ballot measure, which limits to 50 the number of breeding dogs allowed per facility, "does nothing to solve the problem of dog abuse," Stouffer said.
