Port Arthur, Texas, gets new propane filling station

Officials in Port Arthur, Texas, have opened a three-pump propane filling station to support its low-emissions municipal fleet. The $490,000 project, funded primarily by federal grant money, replaces a one-pump fueling station that had led to bottlenecks as the city's propane-powered buses and trucks sought to top off their tanks.
