Price-match guarantee raises questions

Bricks-and-mortar retailers such as Wal-Mart that offer a "best-price guarantee" usually exclude online sales prices. Consumers, who no longer see a distinction among website, mobile and in-store shopping, can scan competitive prices on their mobile devices. The author questions whether the online price exclusions still make sense.
