Americans 16 to 24 see hiring spike

Workers ages 16 to 24 in the last three months have experienced the biggest increase in hiring since the recession's start, with more than 650,000 getting jobs, the Labor Department reports. Since the recession, the youngest workers have been hardest-hit by unemployment.
