Google pegs mobile as key for holiday marketers in Hong Kong

The fact that one-third of Hong Kong's many mobile owners have used their devices to make a purchase points to mobile as a crucial way to reach the territory's shoppers over the holidays, Google advises. And more than half of mobile owners have gone to retail outlets after researching products via mobile. "But at the same time, 80% of Google's advertisers don't have a mobile-optimized website," a Google spokesperson said.
