Be a problem-solver, not a whiner, says president

Workers should always be able to come to their boss with a problem, but that doesn't mean you have to put up with whiners, says Jennifer Dulski, president and chief operating officer of Dulski's policy is that workers can come to her with any issue they're having -- but only if they also come with three actionable possible solutions to the problem. "If all you bring me is a problem, then it's just you complaining to me," she says.
