Calif. agents, insurers hope to reach holiday shoppers with health insurance bargains

California officials, insurers and agents are opening health insurance storefronts in shopping malls across the state in an effort to enroll more people by Dec. 23. Exchange officials say that about 80% of consumers want face-to-face help to understand their insurance options.
