Growth soars in "premium" real-time bidding mobile ad impressions

"Premium" mobile ad impressions available for real-time bidding doubled to 1.9 billion in the third quarter from 949 million the preceding quarter, according to global mobile ad marketplace Adfonic. At the current growth rate, the report projects that figure to reach almost 4.5 billion in the final quarter of the year.
