Iowa exchange navigators have much ground to cover

Some Affordable Care Act exchange navigators will be working in more than 60 counties across Iowa, attempting to reach the state's 200,000 uninsured. The state received about $600,000 in federal grants for outreach, but 27 of 99 counties do not have a dedicated navigator, while navigators covering other areas are stretched thin.
