Large banks gain ground in customer service

Large banks, such as PNC Financial and JPMorgan Chase, are showing big improvements in customer service satisfaction, says J.D. Power executive Rocky Clancy in this video. He credits big banks for "having the edge" in offering customers increasingly popular digital banking options as the institutions "double down" on customer service.
