Mission accomplished? ACA website "fixed," officials say


The HealthCare.gov website is "fixed" and is working correctly at least 90% of the time, according to a report card issued by the Obama administration on Sunday. Jeff Zients, the management consultant hired to fix the botched website, said the platform was "night and day from where it was" at the start of October. Still, lawmakers were skeptical, with even Democrats admitting that the website was still a work in progress.
