Survey: U.K. tech execs need stronger business skills

Tech professionals in the U.K. say chief information officers need better business skills, according to a Reconnix survey. Nineteen percent of those polled said current CIOs have what it takes to lead an IT team in the future. "Clearly the characteristics of what is required of a successful CIO have evolved," said Accenture's Dan Benton.
