Executives at Tops Friendly Markets, led by CEO Frank Curci, have assumed ownership of the company, after buying out Wall Street owners. The deal for the 159-store chain includes $650 million in debt. The new owners aim to continue expansion and expect to add an additional "20% to 30% to our store base over the next three to five years," Curci said.
