Salesforce is moving into the business-to-consumer arena with new products and company purchases. Most notable is the company's Salesforce1 cloud-based system that helps businesses reach customers on smartphones and tablets, plus its expansion of targeting services for mobile and social sites. "You have got to be ready to sell, to service, to market to your customers regardless of where the customer touch point is," Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff said.
