Chefs trending green, buying local in 2010

Professional chefs agree that buying local and incorporating sustainable practices top the list of hottest trends for 2010. In a National Restaurant Association survey of 1,800 restaurant chefs released this week, participants identified a slew of healthy and sustainable food trends customers will seek when dining out next year. Also among their picks were bite-size desserts and half portions for half price.
