Harley-Davidson union makes concessions

Harley-Davidson would be allowed to cut jobs at a big production facility in York, Pa., under an agreement with the union that represents the factory's workers. An unusually long labor deal would allow for cutting as much as 50% of the factory's jobs in exchange for offering workers more work-rule flexibility.
