Hollywood shares film clips with social Web

Movieclips.com lets users view clips from more than 1,200 movies, as well as rent or buy them and share those clips with friends. All of the major Hollywood studios have agreements with the site, which aims to integrate film conversations with social media and boost DVD sales. "Movies are the universal language, and this provides an immersive experience and a way to share them," says site CEO Zach James.
