Kansas board asks casino developers to revise proposal

The Kansas Lottery Gaming Facility Review Board asked casino developers to revise a proposal for a $225 million casino south of Wichita. The board asked Chisholm Creek developers to consider the impact of a possible Wyandotte Nation tribal casino that could open north of the city. The Oklahoma tribe operates a casino in Kansas City and purchased 10 acres of land in 1992 for a possible casino in Park City, Kan.
