Site makes mental-health problems less isolating

A social network for mental-health patients aims to lessen the isolation and stigma that comes with having such a condition. MentalHealthSocial.com allows users to discuss issues anonymously and also connects caregivers with families. "Sometimes people just need someone to talk to who really understands whatever mental health condition they're dealing with," says CEO Colin Spencer Wood, who suffers from bipolar disorder.
