Texas county sees rise in animal rabies cases:

The incidence of animal rabies in Randall County, Texas, has increased from zero in 2008 to seven so far this year, according to a regional zoonosis control veterinarian. Skunks are the main carriers of the virus, which attacks the central nervous system and leads to drastic behavioral changes.
