Energy firms get creative to attract talent

Energy firms are using non-monetary perks and other innovative strategies to attract top talent and retain workers, observers say. ExxonMobil has built a 385-acre campus in Houston for its employees that features fitness classes and on-site child care. "Like Microsoft and Google, they're thinking about campuses that create an environment and culture that feels like a university," said John Faraguna, president of global recruiting company Hays.
