Hillary Clinton endorses Westinghouse's bid for Czech project

Westinghouse Electric's bid to construct new reactors at the Temelin nuclear plant in the Czech Republic was supported Monday by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. "We are not shy about pressing the case for Westinghouse to expand the Temelin nuclear power plant because we believe that company offers the best option for the project in terms of technology and safety," Clinton said. About 9,000 American jobs will be generated if Westinghouse secures the contract, she added.
