Research: Retirement causes more distress for women than for men

Research has found that 22% of women over 23 have started saving for retirement, while only 13% of men have done so. While women generally start saving for retirement earlier, it doesn't contribute much to their confidence in having a financially secure retirement. Thirty percent of women fear a decline in their financial resources after they retire, while only 23% of men think the same way.
