Canadian helicopter pilot serves in U.S. Coast Guard

Capt. Jeffrey Powell is a search-and-rescue helicopter pilot with the Royal Canadian Air Force, now on a 3-year exchange program with the U.S. Coast Guard. Powell is based in Atlantic City, N.J., and does 3-week rotations in Washington, D.C., monitoring the flight restricted zone. "I am the first Canadian to ever stand watch in D.C.," said Powell.
