Conn. school launches unified-sports program

Teachers at a school in Connecticut say the school's unified sports team has helped athletes with intellectual disabilities by improving their confidence and expanding their social circle. The program pairs students with and without disabilities in biweekly practices, where they learn how to play on competitive sports teams in preparation for competitions with other schools.
