Ex-CPSC chair reflects on agency's increased power, impact on safety

Inez Tenenbaum has left her post as head of the Consumer Product Safety Commission after a four-year term and a variety of accomplishments. Tenenbaum had a reputation for treating industry as a partner in the agency's efforts, according to a New York Times article. She will now work for a law firm in Columbia, S.C.
