U.S. Chamber CEO: EPA fracking study could be used to justify energy regulations

U.S. Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Thomas Donohue believes that an Environmental Protection Agency study, which will be released next year, could be used by the Obama administration to justify tight energy regulations. "Many believe it will be the rationalization of new federal fracking regulations before the end of this administration," Donohue said. He warned that such regulations "could short-circuit America's absolute explosion in energy opportunity that is creating millions of jobs."
