U.S. signs FATCA deals with Cayman Islands and Costa Rica

The Treasury Department says it has signed pacts with the Cayman Islands and Costa Rica to combat tax evasion. The agreements are part of enforcement of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and will help banks in those countries comply with rules against tax evasion.
