Drug switch aids breast cancer patients

Switching drugs can help prevent a recurrence of breast cancer, a study says. Postmenopausal women who switched to anastrozole after taking the standard drug tamoxifen for two or three years had fewer recurrences of cancer than those who continued with tamoxifen for the duration of their treatment.
