Q-and-A: Y&R's Hamish McLennan

Young & Rubicam Brands recently named Australian Hamish McLennan to head its flagship Y&R advertising agency, following an executive search lasting 18 months. McLennan plans to lure and retain talented advertising executives by creating more opportunities to travel and affording them greater access to training. "When people feel they're learning and growing," McLennan said, "that ultimately pays off in more stable client relationships."
