Motorola is finding itself in the uncomfortable position of being run by co-chief executive officers, the outgrowth of its ill-fated plan to spin off its mobile-hardware unit, according to a report, which discusses the obstacles facing a company with two leaders. The executives say they are getting along, but analysts say they believe the prospects for Motorola to split up are growing shorter.
