Mark Murphy of TravelPulse.com discusses how the economic downturn, advances in technology and other developments will force travel agents to make changes. Murphy says that it is often easier for established businesses to be complacent and keep doing what they've been doing, despite issues or opportunities that arise. "Chaos brings opportunities for change, so the real question is this: what are you doing to come out of this downturn ahead of the pack?" Murphy asks. "The same things you did in the past won't get you there today since the world has changed."
