Lawsuit claims Black Friday ads factor in Wal-Mart worker's death

Wal-Mart allegedly failed to provide adequate security and engaged in marketing practices that encouraged an unruly atmosphere that led to the trampling death of a temporary worker on Black Friday at a store in Valley Stream, N.Y., according to published reports of a lawsuit filed by the family of the worker.
