Carat picks up Gillette assignment

Procter & Gamble has chosen Aegis Group's Carat agency to handle communications planning duties in North America for its Gillette business. The shift from Publicis Groupe's Starcom Mediavest Group comes as Gillette has been losing share in its blade, razor and shave-preparation lines.
