Julie Powell has followed her hit "Julie and Julia" blog and book with a second memoir, "Cleaving," about her experiences working at Fleisher's butcher shop in Kingston, N.Y. "The butchery craze right now is just one strain in a movement toward local, sustainable, nourishing food that's been building up steam for a long time," she said in an interview.
