4 workers injured as concrete slab collapses at Fla. dorm project

Work ground to a halt on a University of Central Florida building Monday after a concrete slab plunged 15 feet, injuring four construction workers on the ground below in Orlando, Fla. Crews on the site are building a 600-bed dormitory. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is expected to investigate the incident, the cause of which is unknown.
