DuPont building $200M cellulosic ethanol plant in Iowa

Crews have started preliminary work on DuPont Industrial Biosciences' new $200 million cellulosic ethanol plant in Iowa. The refinery can process 30 million gallons, or more than 113 million liters, of the biofuel annually and is expected to be operational in mid-2014. The facility is one of two cellulosic ethanol plants under construction in the state.
