Frontier exec challenges rural broadband grants in W.Va.

The Broadband Deployment Council in West Virginia should reconsider whether it will provide $3.15 million in grants to offer broadband service to about 2,600 homes in rural areas of the Mountain State, according to a Frontier Communications executive.
