Grainger aims to boost its e-commerce channel

Grainger continues to strengthen its e-commerce presence with a goal of expanding customer integration. "We're setting our sights on how we can be the top e-commerce destination," Grainger's Paul Miller said. "E-commerce is now the company's most profitable channel, growing two times faster than the rest of the company’s businesses," Jack Keough writes.
