NASA announces plan to send another rover to Mars

NASA plans to send another rover to Mars in 2020 that will be modeled after Curiosity. Experts will assess in the next months whether the spacecraft should be able to drill into rocks and store materials that could be picked up by humans or another space vehicle. Engineers will also reuse spare parts whenever possible and borrow the blueprints of Curiosity to limit the development costs for the new rover.
