Review: Daniel Boulud's Toronto eats are tasty, but decor has to go

French chef Daniel Boulud's menu at Café Boulud at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto is on the mark as far as upscale French dining goes, this reviewer says. But the atmosphere (the interior was designed by the wife of the Four Seasons founder and chairman) is outdated. "If you bring a decent friend or two, you might not even notice the decor," the reviewer writes.
