Schools' technology leaders work to overcome common obstacles

This year, schools' chief technology officers have experienced a number of challenges, including issues related to equity and the digital divide and insufficient bandwidth and infrastructure, tech leaders said during a recent forum held by the Consortium for School Networking. Other challenges include a lack of technology funding, poor community support, changing mindsets and the need for additional professional development.
