Wal-Mart Limits Salvation Army Collection Efforts

Wal-Mart is limiting Salvation Army bell-ringers' collection efforts to 14 days at each store, and no more than three consecutive days. Wal-Mart revised its solicitation policy after the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) ordered retailers nationwide to give charity organizations equal access to stores.
