Survey: Web-savvy students disappointed with school online experience

Student dissatisfaction with Internet access at school has nearly doubled since 2000, according to a new survey by the market research firm Grunwald Associates. The report, due to be released today, found that students with home Internet access believe their online time at school is too limited and their connectivity rates are too slow.
