Study: Soy helps reduce heart risks in women

A Japanese study found that older women, especially those who are post-menopausal, who regularly eat soy-based foods are less likely to experience heart attacks or strokes. The finding suggests that the high amount of isoflavones in soybeans might help to prevent heart attacks.
