When potential investors listen to an entrepreneur's pitch, they frequently chime in with suggested changes to the business plan. The suggestions are meant to be helpful, writes seed investor Mark MacLeod, but entrepreneurs who are quick to reply with a casual "why not?" could betray "a potential lack of vision clarity or focus," he warns.
