Data Analytics is changing the way governments do business

Governments are finding that advanced technologies such as data analytics are helping everyone from law enforcement agents to health administrators do their jobs more efficiently at a lower cost to taxpayers. According to research from the McKinsey Global Institute, a shift to data analytics will add value to the global economy by increasing the productivity of public-sector companies, with the U.S. health care sector alone expected to save $300 billion a year from the technology.
