Pursue other interests to reduce workplace stress

Michael Bogdanow writes that his second career as an artist helps reduce the stress of being a lawyer, but others don't need to launch another career to gain the same benefit. "Simply allowing time for family, friends, art, music, sports, cooking, travel, meditation, or any other pursuit that is personally engaging and gratifying will help to alleviate some of the stress," he writes.
