Surprising arrest made in SAU horse thefts

Police arrested Jaci Rae Jackson, a college freshman and member of Southern Arkansas University's rodeo team, for the theft of five horses and rodeo equipment from the university's stables. She implicated her mother's boyfriend in the intentional killing of Credit Card, one of the stolen horses. Jackson faces charges in Arkansas and Oklahoma, and authorities expect to arrest more suspects soon.
