CSX service for planned facility at Ga. port to create jobs

Direct service from CSX to a warehouse to be built at the Port of Savannah in Georgia is expected to create about 20 jobs when rail operations begin in April 2013. "CSX is committed to working closely with customers to identify new opportunities, help locate facilities and provide reliable transportation solutions to better connect them to the global supply chain," said Derrick Smith, CSX vice president of emerging markets.
